You will work with the team and assist with daily deliveries, measure and prepare ingredients, prepare local produce and assist with stock rotation. Although previous experience is desired it is not essential as full training can be given on the job. As a bartender, you will need to facilitate guests’ experiences and deliver excellence, whilst providing your own, more intimate style of service through hospitality to create a warming environment. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to; taking orders, serving and clearing drinks, maintaining the fixtures and fittings, making hot beverages, take payments of table bills and setup/close down the building each day. As Kitchen Porter, you work alongside chefs helping them to deliver efficiency in our kitchens. You will work with the team and assist with daily deliveries, wash equipment and tableware, prepare the kitchen for the next service and assist with kitchen waste.
